# Privacy
Short version: this website does not track you.

## What this website collects

Nothing directly. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tags, and the only scripts are our own: the price calculator, the quote form, the map button, the copy buttons and the light or dark switch.

## The quote form

The quote form does not send anything to us or to anyone else. It writes a text message on your own device, addressed to 208-934-3346, and you decide whether to send it from your messaging app. Nothing you type is stored.

## On your device

If you use the light or dark switch, your browser remembers that one choice on your device, and the site keeps an offline copy of pages you visit in your browser. Neither is sent to us. The [cookies page](https://takealoadoff.jeromehandywash.com/cookies/) has the details.

## Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and protect the service. [Netlify's privacy policy](https://www.netlify.com/privacy/) covers those logs.

## The map

The Google map loads only when you press Show the map. Until then nothing is requested from Google. Once it loads, [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to the map.

## When you text us

If you text 208-934-3346, we use your number and messages to schedule your laundry, arrange any pickup or delivery, and text you when your laundry is ready.

## Questions

Text 208-934-3346.
